Terms and Conditions
Before requesting a tour with us, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following terms and conditions to ensure you fully understand and agree to them.
To make a booking, please send us an email with your tour request, including the following details. The price of the tour is influenced by these factors:
The specific tour(s) you are interested in, or any customized combination
Desired tour date
Your preferred language (our tours are primarily conducted in English, though some guides also speak Finnish, German, and Russian)
Does your group have its own transportation and guide?
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Group size
Once we receive your request, we will confirm your tour within 24 hours. However, during the peak season (May–September), we may experience a higher volume of inquiries, which may result in delays. Please note that all tours are subject to availability.
By submitting your booking request, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of your group. All communication related to the booking will be directed to the lead participant only. It is your responsibility to manage payments and to ensure that all relevant information is shared with your group members.
Deposits and Payments
To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. You have two payment options: a 50% deposit to confirm your booking or full payment upfront. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. For reservations made within 10 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
An invoice will be sent to you via email. For last-minute bookings, cash payments are also accepted. Please note that all bank fees, including domestic and international charges, are the responsibility of the payer.
Changes
Occasionally, changes may be required to your tour.
To request changes to your booking (such as adjustments to the itinerary, number of participants, times, etc.), email us. Please note that all changes are subject to availability.
Any alterations made by Guided Saaremaa will be communicated to you promptly. In the event of a significant change to your tour (unless caused by circumstances beyond our control), you will have the option to either reschedule or cancel your tour.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us via email as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
No penalty for cancellations made up to 10 days before the tour.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the tour, but more than 48 hours prior, will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will incur the full tour cost.
In the event of a no-show, the full tour cost will be charged.
